Job summary

Highway West Vacations is seeking a Line Cook I for The Vinland (Solvang, CA). You will prepare and plate dishes per menu and recipes, while guiding junior cooks and supporting the management team.

The role requires standing for long periods and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Job Description:

The Line Cook I will be responsible for executing restaurant food in accordance with provided menus, recipes, and presentation standards. He or she will assist in guiding and training other restaurant cooks as well as directly support the management and supervisory team.
