Responsibilities

Perform general cooking, food preparation, and plating meals using standardized recipes and procedures. Assist in cleaning and sanitizing the A la Carte cooking area, checking food against predetermined quality standards prior to service, and recording quality control information.

Schedules can vary between the hours of 5:00am‑9:00pm. Schedule can include nights, weekends, and holidays.
