• Previous line cook experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling procedures.

Responsabilités

• Set up stations according to restaurant guidelines.
• Prepare all food items in a sanitary and timely manner.
• Follow recipes, portion controls and presentation specifications.
• Restock items as necessary throughout shift.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation.
• Assist in cleaning, sanitization and organization of kitchen and storage areas.
• Perform additional duties as requested by management.
