In this role, you will ensure food safety, interpret recipes, and work collaboratively with chefs and staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences for guests in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Strong background in a professional hotel or restaurant kitchen.
• Ability to prepare a variety of hot food items with accuracy and consistency.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking.
• Solid understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper storage.
• Able to interpret recipes, adjust yields, and maintain quality.
• Comfortable operating, cleaning, and maintaining commercial kitchen equipment.
• Works well independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality hot food items across outlets.
• Follow recipes, maintain quality standards and presentation guidelines.
• Set up and maintain workstation with ingredients, tools and supplies.
• Monitor inventory and communicate shortages to Kitchen leadership.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation per health regulations.
• Minimize waste and support food cost objectives through proper handling.
• Assist with opening/closing kitchen procedures and stock rotation.
