Global Connections to Employment, Inc. is seeking a Cook I to accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of food items for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events.

The role supports client accounts and may vary by contract requirements. Ideal candidates understand basic kitchen operations, can follow recipes and instructions, and interact professionally with customers and team members.

Formación

• Must possess knowledge of basic operation of a kitchen
• Understand oral and/or written instructions
• Ability to read and quantify recipes, and menus
• Interact appropriately with customers, government personnel, subcontractor, and GCE management, and team members
• Meet eligibility requirements for work assignment on specified contract
• Must be able to pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings as appropriate

• Follow client requirements and contract business needs as defined by the account
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and organization in the kitchen
