Job summary

Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa, part of Noble House Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a Cook I to craft culinary creations for guests across multiple outlets. You will be integral to our kitchen team, handling prep, setup, and delivery of high-quality food in a resort setting.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of culinary experience, solid cooking skills, and strong communication. Must be able to stand for long periods and work AM/PM, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Knowledge and practical experience with basic cooking skills.
• Good communication skills.

As a Cook I, you will get the opportunity to create masterpieces for all our guests to enjoy! Our cooks are the heart of our resort, using their skills and expertise to delight our guests with their culinary creations. Our cooks plan, prep, set up, and provide quality service in all areas of food production for our many outlets.

To be successful in this position, we're looking for an amazing people connector, who thrives on creating experiences and problem-solving. This role as Cook I requires skills such as patience, empathy, and a desire to provide excellent service for our guests.
