This role is an entry point into culinary arts within our company, suitable for those with basic kitchen knowledge or seeking to develop foundational skills. A Cook I should be familiar with main and satellite kitchens, food sanitation guidelines, and kitchen policies including opening, closing, shopping, and prep lists. Daily practices should include Mise en Place. The candidate should have reviewed therapeutic diets, signed off on each, and trained on all. Knife skills should be signed off and consistently executed. The role involves preparing assigned egg dishes and sandwiches in the Pathway.
