Syracuse University is seeking a full-time on-campus food service helper to support our dining operations. The role requires regular in-person presence on campus to assist cooks, operate kitchen equipment, and ensure safe, sanitary food preparation and service.
Major duties include preparing simple dishes, serving, stocking, labeling, and maintaining records with the CSI system. The position emphasizes safety standards and the ability to read and follow detailed directions.

Pay Range $20.557-$22.840 per hour

Operate a variety of equipment including food slicer, grill steamer, steamer jacketed kettle, buffalo chopper, variety of ovens, tilt brazier, deep fat fryer, charcoal broiler, wok, waffle iron, cleaning of all kitchen equipment/hoods, grills, slicers, etc.
