Job summary

Trinity Services Group in Wisconsin is seeking a Cook for an onsite jail kitchen. Must have open availability 5:00 AM–7:30 PM, including some weekends and holidays, and will follow recipes, prep lists and food safety rules.

You will operate ovens, stoves, slicers and mixers, handle labeling and storage, and work as part of a team to produce dishes promptly. A high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of cooking experience are required; lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of cooking experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience in a cafeteria or large-volume production is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes and prep lists to set up your station.
• Operate ovens, stoves, slicers and mixers safely.
• Label, store, and rotate all products per state laws.
• Work with team to produce dishes promptly.
