Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to Parkhurst recipes and enforce batch cooking.
• Ensure quality of food produced and maintain it throughout service.
• Maintain proper line presentation and serving temperatures as per recipes.
• Communicate information about food items to line servers daily.
• Complete daily production sheets.
