You’ll prepare foods according to Parkhurst recipes, enforce batch cooking, ensure the quality and serving temperatures, and collaborate with line servers daily while completing production sheets, enabling smooth service and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Standing and/or walking 100% of the time.
• Occasionally lifting up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food per Parkhurst recipes and enforce batch cooking.
• Maintain quality and quantity of food during service using production sheets.
• Ensure proper line presentation: pans, garnishes, utensils and temperatures.
• Communicate with line servers about daily food items.
• Complete daily production sheets.
