Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice is seeking seasonal cooks to join our team at Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas. You will work in a fast-paced kitchen, preparing food and beverages while following recipes and sanitation guidelines.

The role offers weekly pay and opportunities for training and development in a dynamic sports venue setting. Ideal candidates excel in teamwork, can handle high-pressure service periods, and are available for evenings, weekends, and events.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand recipes and food abbreviations.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to work as a team player, following procedures and taking directions.
• Basic math skills, with the ability to calculate and follow recipe measurements.
• No experience or diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Follow supervisor's assignments for food production and prepare food and beverages by recipe guidelines and proper sanitation.
• Use flat top grills and deep fryers to cook stadium food like burgers, hot dogs, chicken tenders, etc.
• Set up, operate, and clean kitchen equipment according to correct procedures, as well as keeping workstations clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked.
• Work cooperatively with team members and management.
• Follow supervisor's assignments for opening and closing procedures.
