Middlebury College Dining is seeking an experienced Cook to prepare fresh, high quality meals for the campus community. You will follow standardized recipes, maintain safety standards, and support kitchen operations with a collaborative team.
The role is full-time, with a hiring range of $20.52-$24.27 per hour and shift differentials for evenings and weekends. Benefits include meals, uniforms, tuition benefits, and retirement contributions.

The cook will prepare and cook menu items using standardized recipes and production sheets; work with kitchen staff to ensure timely, high quality meal service; maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards; and assist with service lines and support overall kitchen operations.
Must be able to lift 10-20 lbs. numerous times during the day and up to 50 lbs. several times each day. Must be able to push and pull up to 150 lbs. frequently. Must be able to lift items above waist level. Must be able to preform numerous manual tasks and use a variety of kitchen equipment in a safe manner. Requires long periods of time standing, as well as frequent bending and reaching.
