Job summary

Ivy Living is hosting a hiring event at Ivy Park in Livermore for a Cook position. We seek line cooks with the ability to work in a full scratch kitchen and to interact positively with residents and guests. Compensation ranges from $21.00 to $22.00 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Line cook experience in a Full Scratch Kitchen or Restaurant.
• 2–5 years experience on a fast-paced line or prep line.
• Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner.
• Friendly demeanor when communicating with staff.
• Passionate about service and creating exceptional food experiences.
• Background check and health screenings (TB, etc.) may be required.

What We Request

• Line cook experience in a “Full Scratch Kitchen or Restaurant”
• 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line, or working a prep cook line station
• Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
• Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
• Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
