• We are hiring immediately for a full time and part time COOK position.
• Location: Health First - 1425 Malabar Road, Palm Bay, FL 32907 Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full time and part time schedules. Open availability preferred, including weekends. Hours and days may vary; more details upon interview.

• Pay Range: $15.00 per hour to $17.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food according to standards, guidelines, and regulations, ensuring quality service at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepares high-quality food items following standardized recipes to meet production and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery, ensuring proper portioning, temperature, and presentation. Tastes all prepared food.
• Uses established procedures during service and maintains records.
• Maintains cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas, adhering to food safety standards.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment.
• Assists in production planning, record keeping, and ordering supplies.
• Reports maintenance issues and safety concerns immediately.
• Attends safety and in-service meetings.
• Maintains good relationships with team members and customers.
• Follows HACCP standards and safety policies, including proper use of protective gear.
