Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food in accordance with applicable standards, guidelines, and regulations, ensuring quality food service at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Prepares high-quality food items according to recipes to meet production and service schedules.
  2. Serves meals or prepares for delivery, ensuring proper portioning, temperature, and presentation. Tastes all food items.
  3. Uses ticket collection procedures during service; maintains records.
  4. Cleans kitchen after use, maintains cleanliness standards, and handles food storage properly.
  5. Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed.
  6. Assists in production planning, record keeping, and ordering supplies.
  7. Reports maintenance issues or equipment faults immediately.
  8. Attends safety and in-service meetings.
  9. Maintains good relationships with coworkers and customers.
  10. Performs job safely, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  11. Follows HACCP standards for presentation, portion control, and temperature maintenance.
  12. Adheres to all company policies and safety procedures, including proper glove and equipment use.
