Job Summary

Summary: Prepare food according to standards, guidelines, and regulations, ensuring quality service at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality food items following standardized recipes to meet production and service schedules.
• Serve meals or prepare for delivery, ensuring correct portioning, temperature, and presentation. Taste all prepared food.
• Use established procedures during service, maintain records, and ensure cleanliness.
• Store food and supplies properly, operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
• Assist in planning, ordering, and receiving food and supplies.
• Report maintenance issues and attend safety meetings.
• Maintain good relationships with coworkers and customers, perform safely, and follow policies including HACCP standards and safety procedures.
