We are hiring immediately for a full-time and part-time COOK position at Lake Norman Regional Medical Center, Mooresville, NC. Online applications only. Schedules vary; more details provided during interview. Prior restaurant and volume cooking experience is preferred but not required. Pay rate: $16.00/hour.

Job Summary

Prepares food according to standards, ensuring quality service at all times.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare high-quality food as per recipes and schedules.
2. Serve meals ensuring proper portioning and temperature.
3. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen.
4. Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
5. Assist with inventory, ordering, and record keeping.
6. Report maintenance issues promptly.
7. Follow safety and health standards including HACCP.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.
