Unidine is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time Cook positions at Elm Terrace Gardens, 660 North Broad Street, Lansdale, PA 19446.

Schedule: Full and part-time hours, with days and hours varying. More details will be provided during the interview.

Requirements: Experience in cooking is required.

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepare food according to federal, state, and corporate standards, guidelines, and regulations, following established policies and procedures. Ensure quality food service at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality food items using standardized recipes to meet production and service schedules.
• Serve meals or prepare for delivery, ensuring correct portioning, temperature, and presentation. Taste all prepared foods.
• Use established ticket collection procedures during service and maintain records from your area.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, store or discard excess food safely, and keep refrigerators and storerooms tidy.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment as instructed.
• Assist in production planning, record-keeping, and ordering supplies.
• Report maintenance issues or accidents immediately.
• Attend safety and in-service meetings.
• Maintain good relationships with coworkers, customers, and management.
• Follow all safety policies, including the use of protective gloves, oven mitts, slip-resistant shoes, and proper lifting techniques.
