Job Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Prepare high-quality food items according to recipes and instructions.
2. Serve meals, ensuring correct portioning, temperature, and presentation.
3. Use ticketing procedures during service and maintain records.
4. Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of food and supplies.
5. Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
6. Assist in planning, record keeping, ordering, and reporting.
7. Report maintenance issues immediately.
8. Attend safety and in-service meetings.
9. Maintain good relationships with coworkers and clients.
10. Follow safety standards including HACCP.
11. Adhere to all company policies regarding safety and equipment use.
