Job Summary

Prepares food according to standards, ensuring quality and safety. Responsible for various kitchen duties including food preparation, serving, cleaning, and maintenance, following safety and hygiene standards like HACCP.

Essential Duties

1. Prepare high-quality food items following recipes and standards.
2. Serve meals, ensuring proper portioning, temperature, and presentation.
3. Maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen.
4. Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
5. Assist with inventory, ordering, and record keeping.
6. Report maintenance issues promptly.
7. Participate in safety and in-service meetings.
8. Follow all safety policies, including proper use of gloves, oven mitts, slip-resistant shoes, and proper lifting techniques.
