Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food according to federal, state, and corporate standards, ensuring quality service at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality food following recipes and schedules.
• Serve meals using correct portions, ensuring proper temperature and presentation. Taste all food items.
• Follow ticket procedures during service. Maintain records from your area.
• Clean kitchen after use, store or discard excess food safely.
• Keep refrigerators and storerooms clean and organized.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
• Assist with production planning, record keeping, and ordering supplies.
• Report maintenance issues or accidents immediately.
• Attend safety and in-service meetings.
• Maintain good relationships with coworkers and management.
• Follow safety protocols, including proper handling of knives and hot items, and wear slip-resistant shoes.
