• We are hiring immediately for a full-time GRILL COOK position.
• Location: Applied Materials Gloucester - 35 Dory Road, Gloucester, MA 01930. Note: online applications accepted only.

Job Summary

Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station, ensuring high-quality food service in accordance with standards and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Take customer orders and prepare items requiring short preparation time.
• Serve food efficiently and courteously, ensuring correct temperature and presentation.
• Use established procedures for ticket collection and record keeping.
• Follow recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
• Transport food safely between workstations, stove, and refrigerator.
• Store foods properly, adhering to safety and rotation procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
• Address customer concerns and report issues to supervisor.
• Attend safety and in-service meetings.
• Maintain positive working relationships with staff and management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
