• Schedule: Full-time schedules. Days may vary, 5:00 am to 6:00 pm, rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays; more details upon interview.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepare food in accordance with federal, state, and corporate standards, ensuring quality service at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality food following standardized recipes to meet production and service schedules.
• Serve meals or prepare for delivery, ensuring correct portioning, temperature, and presentation. Taste all prepared food items.
• Follow ticket collection procedures during service and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas and proper storage of food and supplies.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment properly.
• Assist in production planning, ordering, and record-keeping.
• Report maintenance issues or accidents immediately.
• Attend safety and in-service meetings.
• Maintain good relationships with coworkers, customers, and management.
• Follow safety standards, including HACCP, and all company policies regarding safety and equipment use.
