Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food according to standards, ensuring quality service at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality food following recipes and instructions.
• Serve meals with correct portions, temperature, and presentation. Taste all foods.
• Use ticket procedures during service and keep records.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of food and supplies.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
• Assist in planning, record keeping, and ordering supplies.
• Report maintenance issues immediately.
• Attend safety and in-service meetings.
• Maintain good relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Follow safety standards, including HACCP and proper handling procedures.
