Prepare food according to federal, state, and corporate standards, ensuring quality service at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality food items according to recipes and instructions.
• Serve meals, ensuring proper portioning, temperature, and presentation. Taste all prepared food.
• Use established procedures during service and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas, following safety standards.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
• Assist in planning, record-keeping, and ordering supplies.
• Report maintenance issues or accidents immediately.
• Attend safety and in-service meetings.
• Maintain good relationships with coworkers and customers.
• Follow HACCP standards and safety policies, including proper use of protective gear.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
