We are hiring immediately for a full-time COOK position.

Location: Coastal Manor - 128 Coastal Manor Drive, Ludowici, GA 31316. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time, flexible schedule. Days and hours may vary, including rotating weekends; more details upon interview.

Requirement: Previous batch cooking experience is preferred but not required.

Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepare food according to standards, guidelines, and regulations, ensuring quality service at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality food items per recipes to meet production and service schedules.
• Serve meals, ensuring correct portioning, temperature, and presentation. Taste all prepared food.
• Use established procedures during service and maintain records.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas, following safe food-handling procedures.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
• Assist in production planning, record keeping, and ordering supplies.
• Report maintenance issues immediately.
• Attend safety meetings and maintain good working relationships.
• Follow safety standards, including HACCP, and company policies.
