• We have an opening for a full-time COOK position.
• Location: Citigroup JC - 480 Washington Boulevard, Jersey City, NJ 07310. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time; Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm. More details upon interview.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepare food following standards and regulations, ensuring quality service at all times.

Essential Duties:

• Prepare high-quality food according to recipes and schedules.
• Serve meals, ensuring proper portioning, temperature, and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
• Assist with planning, ordering, and record-keeping.
• Report maintenance issues immediately.
• Attend safety meetings and maintain good relationships with staff and customers.
• Follow HACCP standards and safety policies, including proper use of gloves, oven mitts, slip-resistant shoes, and proper lifting techniques.
