Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food according to standards, ensuring quality service at all times.
Essential Duties:

• Prepares high-quality food items per recipes to meet schedules.
• Serves meals, ensuring proper portioning, temperature, and presentation. Tastes all items.
• Uses ticket procedures during service and maintains records.
• Maintains cleanliness and proper storage of food and supplies.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment.
• Assists with planning, ordering, and reporting.
• Reports maintenance issues immediately.
• Attends safety meetings and maintains good relationships.
• Follows HACCP standards and safety policies.
