Job Opening: Cook at Morrison Healthcare

We are hiring immediately for full-time COOK positions at Atrium Medical Center, Middletown, OH. Online applications are accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 11:00 am to 7:30 pm, including rotating weekends and holidays. More details upon interview.

Requirements: One year of previous cook experience is preferred but not required.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepare food following standards, guidelines, and regulations, ensuring quality service at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Prepare high-quality food according to recipes and schedules.
2. Serve meals with correct portioning, temperature, and presentation; taste all items.
3. Use established procedures during service; maintain records.
4. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas, following food safety standards.
5. Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
6. Assist in planning, record-keeping, and ordering supplies.
7. Report maintenance issues or accidents immediately.
8. Attend safety and in-service meetings.
9. Maintain good relationships with coworkers and clients.
10. Follow all safety policies, including proper use of protective gear and safe lifting techniques.
