Location: TQL - 4289 Ivy Pointe Boulevard, Cincinnati, OH 45245. Note: online applications accepted only.

Job Summary

Prepares food according to standards and regulations, ensuring quality service at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality food items per recipes and instructions.
• Serve meals with correct portioning, temperature, and presentation. Taste all prepared food.
• Use established ticket procedures during service. Keep records from your area.
• Maintain cleanliness and safe food-handling practices.
• Store food and supplies properly.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
• Assist in planning, record-keeping, and ordering.
• Report maintenance issues immediately.
• Attend safety meetings.
• Maintain good relationships with coworkers and customers.
• Follow HACCP standards and all safety policies.
