Job Summary

Summary: Prepare food according to standards, guidelines, and regulations, ensuring quality service at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Prepare high-quality food following recipes and schedules.
2. Serve meals, ensuring proper portioning, temperature, and presentation.
3. Use established procedures for ticket collection and record-keeping.
4. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas.
5. Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
6. Assist in production planning, ordering, and reporting.
7. Report maintenance issues promptly.
8. Attend safety and in-service meetings.
9. Maintain good relationships with team and customers.
10. Follow safety standards, including HACCP and proper use of protective gear.
