Job Details
  • Immediate opening for a full-time COOK position.
  • Location: Capital Group - 12811 North Meridian Street, Carmel, IN 46032. Note: online applications accepted only.
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 2:30 pm; additional details provided upon interview.
  • Requirement: Previous culinary experience preferred but not mandatory.
  • Perks: No nights or weekends, free shift meal, healthcare benefits.
  • Pay Range: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour.
  • Internal Employee Referral Bonus available.

Job Summary

Prepare food according to federal, state, and company standards, ensuring quality service at all times.

Responsibilities
  1. Prepare high-quality food following standardized recipes.
  2. Serve meals ensuring proper portioning, temperature, and presentation.
  3. Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of food and supplies.
  4. Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively.
  5. Assist with inventory, ordering, and record-keeping.
  6. Report maintenance issues promptly.
  7. Participate in safety and in-service meetings.
  8. Maintain good working relationships and adhere to safety standards, including HACCP.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned.
