We are hiring immediately for a full-time COOK position at Byron Generating Station, located at 4450 North German Church Road, Byron, IL 61010. Online applications are accepted only.

Requirements: Previous cooking and customer service experience required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Prepares high-quality food items as per recipes and schedules.
2. Serves meals ensuring proper portioning, temperature, and presentation.
3. Maintains cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas.
4. Operates and maintains kitchen equipment.
5. Assists in planning, ordering, and record-keeping.
6. Reports maintenance issues immediately.
7. Attends safety meetings and maintains good working relationships.
8. Follows HACCP standards and safety policies.
