Job summary

Bowling Green Manor in Ohio is seeking a Cook to prepare meals according to the daily menu and diet specifications, contributing to successful daily meal service operations.

You will assist in meal prep, verify tray tickets, and ensure proper washing and sanitizing of dishware and equipment while operating all food service equipment safely. Training is available for those with no prior experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, make simple calculations and follow oral or written instructions.
• A high school diploma is preferred.
• ServSafe Certification recommended, or for Ohio only, Ohio Department of Health Level II Certification in Food Protection.
