Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality food following recipes and instructions.
• Serve meals, ensuring proper portioning, temperature, and presentation. Taste all food before serving.
• Use ticket procedures during service and maintain records.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas, following safe food-handling procedures.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
• Assist in planning, record keeping, ordering, and reporting.
• Report maintenance issues immediately.
• Attend safety and in-service meetings.
• Maintain good relationships with coworkers and management.
• Follow safety standards, including HACCP, and all company policies.
