Job summary

Our workplace is part of Luby's/Fuddruckers, a family-friendly restaurant group offering the World's Greatest Hamburgers. The Cook coordinates and executes meal preparation following Fuddruckers' specifications, leveraging knowledge of menu items, ingredients and promotions to serve guests promptly.

Applicants should have at least 6 months of restaurant experience, be 18 or older, and communicate in English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months prior restaurant experience, baking experience preferred.
• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Ability to communicate using the English language
• Ability to perform simple mathematics
• Must maintain a positive and upbeat attitude
• Professional appearance required (see uniform standards)
• Ability to multitask
• Must be a team player and problem solver
• Activities include, but are not limited to, walking, standing for long periods of time, reaching, stooping, lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying, talking, and sitting
• Duties involve the coordination of manual and visual dexterity.
• This company participates in E-Verify and will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the U.S.
