Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily Bistro operations, including preparing and serving foods to patrons, various cleaning and sanitation tasks, and managing the cash register
• May assist with catering and working on other community events as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a cook in a LTC or commercial restaurant kitchen preferred
• Food Handler certificate or Manager certificate required
• BASSET training
• Ability to maintain/renew certifications as required
• Must be able to fluently communicate verbally and in written English
• Must project a positive image of KBH through words, actions and appearance
