Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Cook to prepare meals for residents in a senior living setting. You will follow standardized recipes, ensure quality and presentation, and accommodate dietary modifications.

You will also document production and safety temps while keeping kitchens clean and compliant with OSHA guidelines. We offer benefits and opportunities for growth as part of a team that supports residents and one another.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals according to standardized recipes and menus
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet Sunrise standards
• Follow dietary modifications and special meal requirements
• Record production quantities and food safety temperatures
• Stock, rotate, date, and store food per safety regulations
• Maintain clean kitchen, storage, and equipment areas
• Complete cleaning logs and equipment maintenance reports
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and OSHA guidelines
• Support dishwashing and dining service as needed
• Lead food production in the absence of the Dining Services Coordinator

Cook | Line Cook | Senior Living Dining Pay Range: 16.70 - 20.95
