Qualifications

• Proven experience in food preparation and cooking in a professional kitchen.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English to understand recipes and communicate with the team.
• Manual dexterity and stamina to stand for long periods and perform kitchen tasks.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to follow directions from the Head Chef and work collaboratively in a team.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and prep areas.
• Assist the Head Chef and kitchen team in daily food production and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while meeting service demands.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate meal preparation and service.
• Handle physical tasks such as lifting and moving objects as required.
