• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Capability to follow directions from the Head Chef and work collaboratively in a team.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas.
• Assist the Head Chef and kitchen team in daily food production and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while managing time to meet service demands.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate meal preparation and service.
• Handle physical tasks such as lifting, moving objects, and climbing stairs as required.
