Job summary

The role requires obtaining an AZ Food Handlers license within 30 days of hire and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food quality throughout service hours.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares or directs preparation of food using established procedures.
• Determines amount/type of food based on daily specials and menu items.
• Coordinates with Restaurant Manager to ensure supplies and substitutions are available on time.
• Sets steam table and serves food for dining room; ensures proper serving.
