Paycom - ATS in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Food Service Cook to plan, prepare and serve nutritious meals in accordance with guidelines and schedules, with safety and presentation standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year experience cooking food for large groups.
• Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Applicable state, local and/or program certifications or licenses.

Responsibilities

• Plans menus and purchases food and supplies necessary for the preparation and serving of nutritional meals.
• Cooks, prepares and serves a variety of foods and beverages utilizing kitchen equipment, utensils, and supplies in accordance with acceptable and economical cooking methods.
• Stores, refrigerates, and freezes food in a safe and economical manner; monitors the expiration dates on all foods ensuring proper disposal of food with expired dates.
