Job summary

Sullivan's Grocery in Brookhaven, MS, is looking for a Cook, Food Service Clerk to prepare, cook and serve food in our store kitchen and cafeteria. You will take orders, serve customers, and handle cash transactions with electronic scanners and cash registers.

The role is full-time, non-exempt, with a flexible schedule. Reports to the Deli Manager and may process credit/debit transactions and checks as needed. Previous food service experience is valued.

Qualifications

POSITION SUMMARY

Prepare, cook and serve food in a grocery store kitchen/cafeteria location. Take food orders and serve customers.

Receive and disburse money. Ue electronic scanners, cash registers, or related equipment. May process credit or debit card transactions and validate Âchecks.
