Qualifications

• Prior cooking experience including scratch cooking and following recipes.
• Ability to fry, bake, and sauté consistently to spec.
• Experience with food fabrication and general food preparation.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and production schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery with correct portioning and serving temperatures.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen and storage areas.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed.
• Assists in ordering and receiving food and supplies as required.
• Reports maintenance needs or safety issues to supervision.
