Job summary

Perkins Restaurant & Bakery is seeking a Cook to prepare menu items according to our standards and policies. You will work under the Kitchen Manager or Manager on Duty to maximize guest satisfaction and maintain a clean, efficient work environment.

• Clear communication required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items according to company policies, procedures and standards.
• Operate, maintain and clean kitchen line equipment and prep areas.
• Stock and rotate products on cooking line.
• Have knowledge of cooking stations, menu items and prep procedures to ensure quality and portioning.
• Cook and prepare menu items to guest requests while following food safety procedures.
• Monitor temperatures to reduce risk factors causing foodborne illness.
• Identify and correct system issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Communicate with Manager on Duty and coworkers regarding deficiencies.
