Job summary

Far West Restaurant Group is seeking a Cook to prepare fresh, high-quality food in a fast-paced Wingstop-inspired kitchen. You will work as part of a team, follow recipes, and ensure orders leave the kitchen accurately and on time.

This role emphasizes food safety, cleanliness, and collaboration with Front of House, with growth opportunities within the franchise and a supportive, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Team player with ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Restaurant or cooking experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to support business needs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to company recipes and standards
• Cook, sauce, and package orders accurately
• Ensure every order meets quality and presentation standards
• Read and prepare orders quickly and accurately
• Work with Front of House to deliver orders on time
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and stocked
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures including oil filtering
• Help minimize food waste while maintaining product quality
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily cleaning tasks including cleaning and changing hood filters
• Support your team wherever needed
• Help create an exceptional guest experience with every order
