Job summary

Beef 'O' Brady's in DeFuniak Springs is looking for cooks to join a fun, fast-paced kitchen team. We are hiring both Full-Time and Part-Time cooking staff to prepare, cook, and plate menu items to recipe specifications while delivering great guest service.

Ideal candidates will read tickets in English, be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 60 pounds. Training is provided, with meal perks, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for career growth within a team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or older per state/local rules
• Available to work weekend and holiday shifts
• Able to read tickets, recipes, prep sheets, and spec charts in English
• Able to competently operate grill, fryers, oven, and other kitchen equipment
• Continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 60 pounds
• Exposure to heat from equipment and kitchen environment

Responsibilities

• Follow food safety guidelines for cooking, cooling & storage
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures
• Keep equipment clean and the work area organized
• Complete duties without constant supervision
