Beef 'O' Brady's in DeFuniak Springs, FL is hiring full-time and part-time cooks to prep, cook, and plate menu items to recipe specs in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen.

Back-of-the-house staff will follow food safety guidelines, maintain clean work areas, and operate grills, fryers, and ovens while staying on schedule to keep guests happy. Join a supportive team and grow with the brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or older per state/local requirements.
• Availability to work weekend and holiday shifts.
• Ability to read tickets, recipes, prep sheets, and spec charts in English.
• Able to competently operate the grill, fryers, oven and other kitchen equipment.
• Continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 60 pounds.
• Exposure to heat of equipment and kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Prep, cook, and plate menu items according to recipe specs.
• Follow food safety guidelines for cooking, cooling & storage.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures.
• Keep equipment clean and the work area organized.
• Complete duties without constant supervision.
