Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or older (state/local requirements)
• Available to work weekend and holiday shifts
• Ability to read tickets, recipes, prep sheets, and spec charts in English
• Able to competently operate grill, fryers, oven and other kitchen equipment
• Continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 60 pounds
• Exposure to heat of equipment and kitchen environment

Responsibilities

• Prep, cook, and plate Beef's delicious menu items according to recipe specs
• Provide fast service to keep guests happy and maintain quality
• Keep back-of-house area clean and organized per guidelines
• Complete duties without constant supervision
